The Imperial Holding group was founded by its chairman, Mr. Manav Singh in 1997. Imperial Holding as the name suggests is the group’s holding company. The group has business intends under the following verticals which are separated by Industry focus:
- Imperial Holding
- Imperial Realty
- Imperial Technologies
Organziational Structure
All of the groups Aerospace businesses come under the sub holding company Imperial Aerospace. Presently comprising of Aerostar Aviation Pvt Ltd, Aerostar Ventures Pte ltd, Aero Technik, New York Aircraft Associates, and Imperial Air.
Imperial realty & development is the sub holding company of the Imperial Holding group that encompasses the groups Real Estate & Real Estate hospitality ventures. Auramah Valley the township of Shimla, Himachal & Imperial hospitality the group’s hotel ventures are a part of this vertical.
Imperial Technologies holds the groups technology based ventures such as Melon Technologies a venture with SAP, pursuing ERP Implementation & SAP education.
The Imperial holding group is lead by Mr. Manav Singh each individual company of the group is spear headed by a business and responsible by his company’s P & L.
The group with revenues of 180 million has been growing at an average of 30% of over last 15 years. Its recent advert into real estate will significally increase revenues in live with its expected revenues of $400 Million by 2014.
